The Trinity Club  / TSSSC Grounds & Clubhouse updated guidelines

The Government roadmap and governing body guidelines of associated sports detail the path out of lockdown and the easing of restrictions, thus allowing a staggered reopening of facilities at Lime Meadow.
The following updated guidance / rules relate to use of and access to the Grounds and Clubhouse.

GROUNDS
  • CAR PARKS will be open as appropriate – Blacksmith’s Hill and/or Lime Meadow Avenue – depending on expected ground / Clubhouse usage. Users will be notified accordingly.
  • SOCIAL DISTANCING is encouraged whenever possible – indoors and outdoors.

CLUBHOUSE
  • TOILET FACILITIES – accessible from the Lime Meadow Avenue car park – will only be available when visiting teams are attending to play matches. T
  • THE CLUBHOUSE will open only for approved bookings
  • To avoid unnecessary contamination, the Hall, changing rooms, showers, some corridors and other areas will be locked or designated as ‘out of bounds’ as appropriate.
  • To help avoid unnecessary contact with door handles, all appropriate doors will be propped open.
  • HAND SANITISERS are provided at the entrance to and exit from the Clubhouse.
  • Face coverings are still recommended
  • The Clubhouse will be closed at the conclusion of approved bookings or when the bar shuts. Car parks will also be locked at this time.

THE BAR
  • THE BAR will reopen from Wednesday 14th April 
  • Staff and Officers of the Club will ask you to comply with these rules if they are not followed.
  • All personal belongings – coats, small bags etc – must be kept with you and not placed on empty chairs or tables. KIT BAGS are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
  • NO CASH payments will be accepted for drinks and snacks purchased from the Bar. Payment for purchases can only be made using a Membership Card or contactless credit / debit card. .
  • Cards should be provided when you order and will be returned with your drinks / snacks and a receipt.
  • Membership cards are available to members via www.tsssc.co.uk – where you can also join the Club.
  • Under no circumstances is anyone other than Duty Bar Staff or the Manager allowed behind the bar.
  • Obviously numbers that can safely be accommodated are limited, so we ask that you do not arrange to meet in large groups.

Should any of these rules or guidelines not be adhered to, Staff, Club Officials and Officers of the Club have the mandate of The Trinity Club / TSSSC to provide individuals or groups with -
1.  A polite reminder to comply
2.  A last warning to comply.
In instances whereby there is persistent failure to comply or should further action be necessary, people not abiding by the rules will be asked to -
3. Leave the premises.
Ultimately Staff / Keyholders have the mandate of The Trinity Club /TSSSC to -
4. Close the Bar and lock the Clubhouse and car parks.

These rules / guidelines have been approved by The Trinity Club and TSSSC committees and all constituent club chairmen, and we respectfully ask that you abide by them and follow any instructions given by Duty Bar Staff and Officers of the Club. Failure to comply may result in the bar closing immediately.
